Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service through Easy Does It Island Tours ("we," "our," "the Company"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into a binding agreement. By completing a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Airport Transfers

Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this email within 30 minutes. Ensure your contact information is accurate. You are responsible for booking accuracy including dates, times, and destination.

Meet & Greet

For airport arrivals, your driver will wait at the arrivals exit with a sign displaying your name. Your driver's contact details will be included in your confirmation email.

Flight Delays

We monitor your flight. In the event of a delay, your driver will adjust their schedule accordingly at no additional charge.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Notice given	Refund
7 or more days before service	Full refund minus any processing fees
72 hours before service	50% refund minus processing fees
Less than 24 hours before service	No refund

To cancel or amend a booking, reply to your confirmation email with at least 24 hours' notice. Amendments include date or time changes. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to appear at your scheduled pickup time and location and have not notified us in advance, the full transfer fee is charged and no refund will be issued.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). The price quoted is final. No toll fees, fuel surcharges, or booking fees will be added. Child seats and any extra services requested in advance at no charge (subject to availability).

6. Passengers and Luggage

Standard vehicles accommodate up to 5 passengers. Excess luggage, golf clubs, surfboards, or other oversized items must be disclosed at the time of booking. Failure to notify us may result in additional charges or the inability to accommodate items.

Child Seats

Child seats are available upon request at no charge, subject to availability. Maximum 2 child seats per vehicle, for infants under 3 years of age. We cannot guarantee availability without advance notice.

7. Tours and Excursions

Where we act as a transportation provider for third-party tour operators, Easy Does It Island Tours does not control the quality, safety, timing, or delivery of the actual tour or attraction services. Third-party entrance fees are not included in our pricing unless explicitly stated.

8. Liability

Our liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service in question. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, acts of God, or events outside our control.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to your service.
